  1. I am terribly disappointed that at this age in Nigeria, DSTV doesn't have a 24hr/7days customer care. It is disheartening that we still ive in this modern day bondage. Let them take cue from BT or SKY of the UK. Rubbidh

  2. It is very disheartening that MULTI choice does not have a customer service that runs 24/7. How can customers reach the company in cases of challenges at beyond their working hour. Meanwhile they have published on the net that the service is available till 23.00hrs Monday to Sunday. Who is fooling who? Better be serious do nt think you have the monopoly of the service.

  3. It is a shame to think taxes are being paid to our gov't to protect us against modern day scams like these. Multi Choice just toiling with people.

  4. I really don't understand what kind of services multi choice renders to their customers. They can call you several times to remind of your subscription about to expire but they will never switch you back after renewal and the nonsense customer service will refuse to answer their calls mean while you subscription has started reading. The most annoying part of it all is that there is nobody to quiz them of their poor service delivery.

  5. DSTV is the worst service provider I have ever come across in Nigeria.

very unfortunate I don't have any other option other than to patronize them because of EPL.

Its been 48hrs since I subscribed still they haven't reconnect me.

  6. At first, I thought it was my phone number that's having problems not until when I read various posts here. I realized my problem isn't a new thing. The various posts here have spoken my mind. I'm very disappointed in DSTV.

  7. Thieves, been sending messages on Twitter without response. I pay N11650 per month to watch football and now I can't watch. Your stupid line isn't going either. Thrives!

  8. Dstv is at it again, since March they have been cutting me off some days after I renew my subscription, I went to complain & they told me that until I pay extra before it the problem will be rectified that people that have similar issue have been paying & their's has been rectified so I had to pay N4350 for a service of N3600, only to my surprise few days later they cut me off again. I don't know if that is their new way of exploiting customers, it will not work, they would have only lost a customer plus plenty other if they continue with this fraud.

  9. Only in Nigeria! The advert for compact plus said 90% of EPL games, then midway they change the rules and say you now have to subscribe fully to watch EPL. Do you blame them or our clueless regulators?

  10. DSTV charge premium on sms and calls yet they don't fix the problems promptly.

  11. I have been trying to reach DSTv customer service for the past 24hours. I've used over N600 airtime cos the line connects and disconnects midway into the call. This is unacceptable. I paid since Oct 2nd yet my account is yet to be reactivated.

  25. The most painful thing is that they charge you N20 for sending reactivation message and charge you for calling their customer care line I believe there's a political interest in protecting this criminal attitude practice by dstv, if not they should have been penalised by now. Same thing happened to MTN but after settlement the case went down. Some people are getting rich cheaply at the expense of others. May God punish them and their forthcoming generations, may the money they are gathering for their children unborn be a course of untimely deaths to them all.

I blame the government for allowing them treat Nigerians the way they like without incurring heavy fines to check their excesses.
